The Mediterranean Sea (Alania, Side) has not yet cooled down since the summer, the water is + 23 ° C.
But in the Aegean (Bodrum, Marmaris) it is already cold, + 20 ° C ... + 21 ° C, and most of the local hotels are closed.

If you are lucky, in the first half of the month, from lunchtime and until three o'clock, the water temperature will be pleasant (+ 23 ° C ... + 24 ° C). In the second half of November, winds blow, and you will have to run / run into the water.
